Fitness: Holiday fitness

Holiday parties and delicious dinners are in full swing so diets and showing up at the gym seem to fall aside. In my case at least this is the case. Staying fit during the holidays is a challenge, and yes I know that a lot has to do with making excuses (parties and dinners over gym) so here are few things that can help this holiday season.

No equipment or gym required for this routine:
20 jumping jacks
20 squats
20 burps
20 side squats
20 sit ups
20 plank twists

Do as many reps of each exercise as you can in half a minute, moving from one to the next without stopping. Rest 60 seconds, then repeat the circuit a total of four or five times.

Do the routine daily (or twice a day); drink plenty of water and white tea, stretch and you will keep the pounds off.
