I try and give
back as much as I can – there are so may amazing places and causes to donate
and volunteer with – how do you choose and where do you start. My philosophy has
been – start local and choose things that are close to your heart and work your way
from there. STARS (The Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service) provides rapid and
specialized emergency care and transportation for critically ill and injured
patients. STARS is a Canadian non-profit helicopter air ambulance organization
funded by individual donors, service groups, corporate donors and government
contributions.
My dad works in construction
all over Candida and spends a ton of time on the road – I sleep a little bit
better know that organizations like STARS exist – because in remote places
STARS is your best shot of survival. When life hangs in the balance, having the
most reliable air ambulances available can mean the difference between life and
death – and you can help make that difference.
