"It's raining men, hallelujah, it's raining men, amen..." now that you have that stuck in your head, super easy DIY. All you need is an umbrella, pictures of few of your favorite dream boats, string and tape (or glue) - put it all together and viola.
A friend of mine said she is gonna make a raining women costume - so that works too.
