I have been a fact of Jay Shetty for a long time, I started and stopped the podcast so many times. I loved his early stuff and at some point the advertisements and the sales got to be a little annoying. Saying all of that the episodes are inpsiting and hopeful so I went back. The episodes are good and there is a lot of advice which is super useful.
