Tortilla Pizza

As summer has finally {Thank God} showed up in Edmonton, all my routines seems to get more relaxed and simpler. Lunch and dinner are no expectations. I love pizza, who doesn’t, but on a hot day heavy pepperoni pizza is the last thing you want. I stumbled upon this recipe somewhere on Pinterest while back and though I would try it.



Required:
*Pepperoni
*Tomato
*Cheese
*Tortilla
*Pizza sauce

Cut tomatoes and cheese. Place tortilla on a plate, spread the pizza sauce over one side, layer with pepperoni, cheese and tomatoes and fold in half. Heat your frying pan at medium heat, place folded tortilla and cover with a lid. In about 3 minutes flip and cover.

Cut and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
