No Weights, No Gym, No Problem

The days are getting longer and the weather is getting warmer. Spending more time outside and less time inside is a goal for many of us. But we still need to get in our exercises. Here are a few of my faves that require only your body but keep you in top form!

1. Everyone can do a push-up. Don't argue with me! Everyone can do it.There are many versions to target different muscles and build up your strength. They hit so many parts of your body, not just the arms: biceps, chest, back, shoulders, and core. Perfect for the bathing suits, off the shoulder tops, and tanks.


2. Squats. Gotta love a squat. Again so many varieties. They work that booty to rock the shorts and cute little rompers.

 
3. Core. Let's attack that tummy. Sit ups. Crunches. Scissor and flutter kicks. So many possibilities to make those crop tops and high-waisted skirts look amazing!
