Layering is for Spring right? You know that one item you are certain you have in your closet but you cant find it? Yeah. that was me when I was planning this outfit. I have a pleated skirt that till this day I cannot find. So I improvised, I found a dress with and layered the top over it. Similar idea of what I wanted to start with but I think it worked.
