Kale Quinoa Salad

My eating habits range from bad for you to even worse for you, mixed with I need to eat salads and hating it but need to do it because all these carbs are bad for me. White back we talked about intermittent fasting, and while it worked I fell off the system, well because Europe. I m trying to get back into the routine of it and I am trying to find healthier alternatives I wont hate, so I started with a kale quinoa salad. For someone who dislikes salads, like a lot, this was pretty delicious. 
Here is what you need:
bunch of kale
feta cheese
grape tomatoes sliced
one cup of quinoa
sunflower seeds
sundried cranberries 
olive oil
lemon (to squeeze)

How to make:
Cook quinoa.
while that is cutting cut kale, slice your tomatoes, crumble fetta cheese.
In a frying pan toast your sunflowers seeds. 
mix a table spoon of olive oil with a table spoon of lemon juice.  
combine kale, tomatoes, fetta, cranberries, sunflowers seeds and quinoa. Drizzle olive oil mixture and mix.
Salt and pepper to taste.  *add grilled salmon or chicken breast if you want.
