Easy Chicken and Asparagus - Perfect for Meal Prep

My work started a 8 week healthy challenge in an attempt that we can keep each other accountable and hopefully make some strides toward healthier life styles. One of the weeks the challenge was hitting the gym and not buying lunches (I buy lunch 3 out of 5 times a week), so I had to get to meal prepping. Let me tell you, its freaking hard, but Stephanie shared this easy and delicious recipe.
Its super simple to make:

Drizzle a little olive oil, salt, and crushed garlic on the asparagus . Coat the  chicken breast with salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
Wrap in parchment paper and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
