The best summer dresses summer has been once with fluttery
sleeves with cold-shoulder slits or delicately tie at the elbows. I picked this
dress while back to wear to a wedding but never ended up wearing it. It's
simple and elegant and the shoulder cut outs elevate it making a perfect summer
dress. I love the color and I just added simple black accessories to finish the
look. (yes this is me ignoring the weather and temperatures in YEG, because its still summer, for 20 or so days!)
