Banana Roll Cake

I love roll cakes (but I m no good at making them) this recipe was translated from my moms cook book and turned out delicious.
What you will need:
For the cake:
5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons flour
For the filling:
20 dkg butter
250 gr sugar
2 vanilla puddings
1 / 2l milk
3 ribs of cooking chocolate

whipped cream
2 large bananas
How to make it
Cake: whisk the egg whites and add the sugar and especially the egg yolks and fold in everything the remaining dry ingredients. Bake in an oven tray for about 15-17 minutes.
When the cake is baked, wrap it in a wet cloth and squeeze a little while twisting.

Filling: Whisk the butter with the stalk and add the previously made and cooled pudding. Then halve the mass and add melted chocolate to one part.

Combine: When the cake has cooled, unroll it and spread the filling, then place whole bananas lengthwise at the edge of the cake and slowly twist and again squeeze the roll a little.
When we wrap it, coat the cake with whipped cream, and we can sprinkle it with grated chocolate .
