#DIY Wood Coasters

Thursday, June 3, 2021

Over the last year I have tried my hand at bunch of DIY's and these coasters I made have been my favorite. Last year my neighbor took down their tree and I picked up some pieces to make some things.
fun fact... I didn't know that the actual wood would have to dry for MONTHS.... so here we are.
What you will need:
Acrylic paint of choice
resin mixture
sanding paper
My dad cut the wood into 2 cm circles.
I sanded them and let them dry few more weeks.
I painted them and let them dry.
I pour resin (mixture of a&b as per box instructions) and applied a thin layer of resin on each coaster.
It took about 2 days to dry.
