Easy Seafood Dinner

Friday, June 4, 2021

I m trying to incorporate more seafood into my diet and eat less meat. These two recipes are so easy and delicious. Whether you're a pescatarian, trying to cut down on meat, or just love a good salmon every once or awhile, these two easy seafood recipes will be your family favorites.
What you need:
1 large salmon fillet, cut
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soya sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. vegeta
1 tsp. dried oregano
Red onion

40 Shrimp
frozen veggies
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soya sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. vegeta
1 tsp. dried oregano
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray. To the center of the parchment payment, lay onion slices in an even layer.

Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place on top of onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, honey, soya sauce, garlic, vegeta, and oregano. Pour over salmon then fold up parchment paper around the salmon. Bake until the salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Switch the oven to broil, and broil for 2 minutes, or until the butter mixture has thickened.

In a bowl put shrimps' and frozen veggies. Toss with  butter, honey, soya sauce, garlic, vegeta, and oregano, salt and pepper. Transfer to an oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 3-5 min.

Serve with rice or potatoes.
