Fitness: 7 Minute Workout

I love working out but finding the time to do it with a busy life is hard, so when a friend suggested the 7 minute workout app I thought I would give it a go. There is a free version where you can do a full body workout and have a choice between 1-5 circuits. I chose two circuits which is 15:50 minutes. It's really easy to follow along and after the first few exercises set you can really feel the burn. The best part is it counts down so you know the torture will eventually end. I highly recommend this app however, if you want the other workout options you do have to pay $2.29 per add on. Since I was just trying it out I stuck to the free version. If your just looking to try it out and see if it's something you can stick to I would just stick to the free version. Another great feature is that it tracks your progress and achievements. Also each month that you stick with the app you unlock a new random workout.

  1. I tried this workout as well. Its a lot harder than one would think.
