Mouth-Watering Chicken Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Friday, December 15, 2017

At my house, we love food. Me and my brother mostly, but food is priority. We just booked a trip to LA and first thing we did was look for must eat places, not must visit or see, but must eat at. Last year a friend made stuffed mushroom caps for a girls get together and they were delicious, so I decided to make a version of  my own. Any food without meat is not considered "good" if you ask my father, so I decided to do a chicken stuffed mushroom caps. These not time at all to make and are juicy and delicious.
Here is what you will need:
1 Box of champignon mushrooms
1 chicken breast
1/4 red onion
1 tea spoon of sea salt
2 cloves of garlic
1 table spoon of Vegeta
Here is how to make it:
Preheat oven to 375.
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop the stems, onions, and garlic into small cubes
Cut chicken into small cubes and season with Vegeta. In a skillet combine chicken, garlic, onions, mushroom stems and cook until chicken is done.
On a baking sheet place mushroom caps, fill with mixture and bake for 15-17 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.

Would you guys make these?
