Beauty Favorites: February + a #giveaway

Friday, February 9, 2018

Do you have got to beauty products that you never run out of? These five products have been my go to for years. I have switched to many others to try them out, but nothing has worked as effectively as these.

Chanel Perfection Lumière Velvet
I have sensitive skin and most of liquid make up and BB creams make me break out. On a whim in London I picked this Chanel Perfection Lumière Velvet and it was love on first contact. Its is the smoothest and softest complexion product I have tried. It goes on matte and lasts all day.  (buy it here)

Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm
I m not one of those people who's life depends on having a lip balm or (lip-chap) like my sister but many moons ago I got one of these as a gift and love it. It gives you a little color, provides moisture and makes your lips feels so smooth and soft. Since that time, over five years ago, I have never ran out of it. currently I have a tube of it in a box, for just in case. (buy it here)

Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Flawless Wear Concealer
I have spent years looking for a perfect concealer that I can use all over my face. I am not proficient enough to have one for my face, one for under eyes, a green one and some other color I cannot think of now. I tried and consistently failed to find one that worked. A friend has suggested Estée Lauder and after a lot of objections (because they were announcing that next year Kendal was gonna be their face) and because I was desperate to find something that works, I picked it up. Man, did I hate the fact I loved it. It covers all in imperfections so well, does not crease under your eyes and covers dark circles effectively. The tube last a long time because it goes a long way.  Kat Von D Tattoo Liner
If you read some of the previous beauty posts, you know I border line suck when it comes to applying eyeliner properly, but finding a product that, in my opinion, is magic helped a little. I love how easy the pen style tip is to use, out of many I have tired I can be the most precise with this one. It goes on fairly dark and stays in place. It says it is waterproof but I have not tested that out as of yet. (buy it here)

Tangle Teezer The Original Detangling Hairbrush
Everyone needs one of those and here is why: it really does work, and its not just for kids. I have fairly think hair and its been colored many many times so now tangles quite easily. This brash works like magic to gets out all the knots and tangles without pulling hard on your hair and hurting your scalp. (buy it here)

What better way to discover new products you will love. Today we are giving away a 6 month Glossy Box subscription.
