Summer Essential: Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen SPF 50

How diligent are you about sun protection? The truth is, for years I didn't use any, which I know is horrible, but for most face sunscreens smelled odd, were too greasy, or felt like an annoying step after moisturizing. My main problem (or lets be real, the excuse) with sunscreen has always been the fact that you need to reapply it at least every couple of hours. It just wasn't feasible, like who has time to apply a new coat of white lotion all over their face multiple times a day, especially when you’re wearing makeup.

Neutrogena recently sent me the new Hydro Boost water gel sunscreen SPF 50 and I instantly became a fan of because its sheer, lightweight formula is easy to wear and does so much more than just protect my face against UV rays. I love that it provides my skin with moisture leaving my skin looking healthy-looking, fast and for up to eight hours without any residue or white marks. With summer just around the corner I am glad that I've found something I can feel good about wearing every day. Now I can leave the house feeling confident and protected with this SPF 50 gel. I wear it under make up as its light and no greasy. You wouldn’t walk in the rain without an umbrella, and you shouldn’t step outside during the day without sunscreen!

Neutrogena sunscreen gets thumbs up, not only because it works, but because I’m able (so far) to stick with it.
What do you think? Would you try the new Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen SPF 50?

  1. As sunscreen manufacturers have tried to increase their ability to block UVA radiation, a side effect was that the SPF increased with their sunscreens. non toxic sunscreen
