This winter I
noticed a nail trend that is a little different than what I have seen precisely.
Even with all Holiday festivities, I noticed icy whites and pastel nails
everywhere. (plus a lot of black but that's normal for winter, right?)
I love the idea that a little different from general plus a little sparkle.
