In attempt to eat healthier I decided that more veggies and fish are necessary. This low carb healthy baked fish recipe uses tasty seasonings and herbs to make the perfect meal and you just add your veggies and bake all together.
What you need:
3-5 Fish fillets of your choice
1 tsp Seafood seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt and pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt
2 tsp olive oil
Lemon (to be zested)
Assorted veggies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
Place fillets and veggies on pan and season liberally with seafood seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.
Bake for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
